S/4 Hana OutagePlanned Maintenance

Description

The system will be unavailable from 17:30 on Friday 6th June 2025 to 08:00 on Monday 9th June 2025. The ERP Product Team will be upgrading S/4 Hana between the 6th-9th June 2025. This work is crucial as the current version goes out of support at the end of 2025 and this upgrade must complete before the current financial year end (31/07/25). Impact: This work has been arranged outside of normal working hours to minimise disruption; however, the following will be unavailable between 17:30 on Friday 6th June 2025 to 08:00 on Monday 9th June 2025 A limited amount of super-users will have access to S/4 Hana from 08:00 - 12:00 on Monday 9th June 2025, to do initial tests on the system before all access is granted as normal at 12 noon. : • S/4 Hana • Worktribe AMS • Concur • Worldpay • Fiori Please note: Payroll (including payslip access) will not be affected. BPC will not be affected. Access to Ariba will not be affected. SuccessFactors will not be affected.

Description

Our Learning Systems will be upgraded for staff websites (on learn3.open.ac.uk) on Monday 9 June, between 07:00 and 09:00. Websites on learn3.open.ac.uk will be unavailable while the upgrade is being carried out and the AL dashboard will not display new notifications from learn3.open.ac.uk websites during this time. TutorHome and the eTMA system will be available throughout.

Description

Our Learning Systems will be upgraded on Wednesday 11 June, between 05:00 and 09:00. Module and Study websites on learn2.open.ac.uk, and community websites on learn1.open.ac.uk won’t be available for some of that time and the Dashboard won’t be displaying new notifications. Anyone using Students in Secure Environments websites (learn7.open.ac.uk) during this time won’t be able to log in. If they are already logged in before the upgrade begins, they will be able to continue using the system as normal. StudentHome and the eTMA system (which can be accessed via StudentHome) will be available throughout.
